Project Manager Consulting Services

As a valued project team member, the candidate must demonstrate a high commitment to our client’s success and deliver timely and quality services that meet or exceed our team and the client’s expectations.  They will manage and co-ordinate diverse staff and engagement activities.  They will be required to assess business requirements and develop value added recommendations related to the project and required deliverables.  They must also have an ability to work with project management and tracking tools and an ability to identify project risks and develop mitigating action plans.

 

Responsibilities:

Candidate will have daily contact with clients and will be expected to facilitate client meetings and develop lasting relationships as a trusted business advisor for our clients.  Candidate will support practice development initiatives and assist in identifying and capturing opportunities.  The candidate must also be able to take ownership in their personal development as well as the development of our staff members and contribute to a positive team/work environment. Engagements may include, but are not limited to, the following types of services:Best practices and process improvement planning and implementation Sarbanes Oxley analysis and controls review Finance strategy and organizational development Integration planning and execution Synergy identification and planning Software selection and ERP implementation Operational and IT due diligence

Experience and Skills Required:6 - 10 years of management consulting and/or work experience with consulting firm, Big 4' or fortune 1000 Core competencies include project management, business process re-engineering, merger integration or ERP implementation Strong facilitation and report writing skills Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills Action oriented and a team player Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus!! Strong consideration for Accounting, Finance or Information Technology majors
