 Senior Construction Accountant - Proficient with Timberline - Must have strong general ledger and financial statement experience

The Construction Accountant is responsible for the production of monthly financial reports for residential and commercial properties.  This person will oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for all properties and work closely with the property management and leasing staff.

 

You must have strong general ledger, balance sheet, A/R and A/P experience

 

Prior experience in real estate accounting is required.  Job costing, construction accounting and / or lease escalations a plus. 

 

Timberline experience desired.  Strong computer skills, particularly Excel, are a must.

 

You must be a team play with a positive outlook and attention to detail.
