Company: Ajilon Finance Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code: A1-10063-509564 Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 Job Status: Full Time, Employee A prominent real estate development company in the Atlanta area is seeking an experienced Property Accountant and Senior Property Accountant Ideal candidate will have previous accounting experience within the property management industry (2 to 6 yrs), four year degree in accounting, and any MRI experience would be incredible (MRI is not necessary). CPA is a plus for the senior! Responsibilities to include: Prepare monthly charges, tenant invoices, and apply monthly cash receipts for each property, process weekly payables for each property, work with property management team as necessary to answer inquiries, prepare journal entries (accruals, prepaids, depreciation), maintain daily cash positions, prepare wires and maintain cash log, prepare bank reconciliations, prepare monthly analysis of balance sheet accounts, and prepare monthly financial statements.
