QCN Financial Analyst

  Under the supervision of the COO/CFO, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

-Receiving, working and electronically archiving all EOB/CCR and other reports from the Regional Behavioral Health Authority(RHBA).
- Processing all data and creating reports to illustrate performance for each provider of service, reconciling contract dollars paid, and determine payment when required.
-Reconcile EOB data with Letters of Authorization, Master Rosters and Additional service Request Forms
-Processes payment requests with service providers.
-Records payment information in the Single Case Agreement sub-ledger. 
-Assists in the processing of authorizations and verifications for Single Case Agreements.
-Participates in Provider Network Organization and service provider sponsored meetings/trainings to discuss and resolve issues in relation to providers performance requirements.
-Maintains relationships with service provider contacts to ensure he/she remains knowledgeable and is abreast of all procedures (PNO and RBHA).
-Ensures claims are processed, adjudicated and that denied/pending/rejected claims are worked by providers to ensure that contracted funding goals are met on a monthly and year to date basis.
-Associates Degree in Accounting or High School Diploma with 3-5 years accounting related experience.
-experience working within accounts recievable/accounts payables.
-experience creating financial spreadsheets and ad-hoc reports.
-experience in financial analysis.
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Knowledge of Regional Behavioral Health Authority procedures preferred
