Employees will support various corporate sales teams by verifying customer information, entering census data into excel for manipulation, and producing appropriate marketing materials. Primary Responsibilities: Create pricing information based on information entered and manipulated in Excel using Pivot Tables.  Coordinate marketing material, review preliminary analysis, and provide processing support for new projects. Essential functions include, but are not limited to:   Request and analyze census data from existing clients using Excel, database system, and company specific software within a 24-36 hour turn around time frame Order reports from various computer programs and systems Complete rating analysis worksheets for renewing group work-ups Communicate between multiple departments, including but not limited to, Field Offices, Sales Team, Billing Administration, and Business Coordinators. Act as a coordinator between Underwriting Dept. and other departments, including but not limited to, Field Offices, Billing Administration and Business Coordinators.Requirements:   The candidate must be at an intermediate to advanced level experience working with Microsoft Excel.  Requires 7000+ data entry keystrokes per hour and 50+ wpm for general typing. Skills assessments will be given to all considered candidates.  Must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and be respectful of deadline driven business.
