Real Estate Industry Administrative Opportunities

Several openings available in the Houston Galleria area for individuals with real estate, mortgage and title industry experience.  We are searching for candidates with the following experience:

 



Ø Customer service;

Ø Data entry;

Ø Typing;

Ø Proofreading documents;

Ø Solving customer problems via telephone, Internet and emails;

Ø Being a liaison between customers and operations;

Ø Working with Appraisers, tax entities, and other individuals in the mortgage, title and real estate industry;

Ø Clearance of all curative issues

Ø Knowledge of State and Federal closing regulations and guidelines

Ø Negotiation skills; and

Ø Understanding of title documents, legal documents, and tax documents.



 

 

Soft Skills:

Ø Candidate must have excellent communications skills (verbal and written.)

Ø Excellent customer service skills.

Ø Strong attention to detail

Ø Follow-up and follow-through skills.

Ø Must have a great attitude.

Ø Ability to follow instructions.
