Receivables Analyst - Power Plant Engineering

Responsible for supporting the billing and sales recording functions of  Equipment and Extended Scope projects.  Successful team members will correspond with customers (internal and external to site client) to gain updates on the progress of billing and sales projects.

 

The following is a list of responsibilities of this position: Prepare and send invoicing related to project.Prepare sales data and required backup for sales revenue recording on projects.Work with end customer and internal client customers to exchange data and update records.Update and maintain history records on project and compare to General Ledger.Prepare Contract Reconciliations.A/P inquiry support and document preparation and audits.Testing of enhanced Computer tools and systems.Maintain confidentiality of information according to company guidelines.

 Additional:PowerPoint, Excel, WordDatabase software efficiencies – MANDATORY.Effective oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated.Knowledge and/or training in receivables operations.Interpersonal skills with general and professional public, and all levels of staff.Project oriented
