Job Title:        Reporting Analyst I

Department:    Investor Reporting

Reports To: Investor Reporting Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY

Responsible for timely and accurate completion of assigned monthly investor reports including Actual/Actual, Scheduled/Scheduled, Scheduled/Actual, and Special Servicing investor report types.  Timely completion of monthly P&I and T&I custodial bank reconciliation as assigned.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepares monthly scheduled/scheduled, actual/actual and/or scheduled/actual reports timely

· Prepares and completes wire/check for monthly remittances timely

· Completes accurate banking activities as required

· Addresses and clears custodial account reconciliation outages before they become 90 day items

· Verify and upload realized loss amounts for loans liquidated

· Be able to create and track arrearage files

· Calculation of security balances

· Interpret areas of Agreements as it relates to requirements of Trustees and/or Private investors

· Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· High school degree, or equivalent, is required

· 2+ years experience in investor reporting or analysis is preferred

· 2+ years experience in accounting or auditing preferred

· Previous experience with LSAMS is preferred

· Typing of at least 45 wpm required

· Degree a plus

LANGUAGE SKILLS

· Bilingual (English and Spanish) considered a plus

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

· Ability to perform complex calculations using calculators and systems is required

REASONING ABILITY

· Problems are somewhat complex and require a systematic, organized approach in order to resolveCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
