As a Manager within our Audit & Consulting Practice you understand and execute our risk-based audit/review approach. You take a supervisory and proactive approach to managing audits that are efficient, cost-effective and right on schedule.

 

You will take responsibility for overall engagement planning, job administration, coordinating client assistance, and scheduling/staff for the engagement. While serving as a positive role model for department personnel, you will delegate and monitor the work of senior staff explaining objectives, expectations, and procedures to be performed. You will take an informed approach with clients keeping them abreast of engagement status or relevant issues on a timely basis.

 

Requirements

* 5 + years Public Accounting experience including management of

  audit engagements

* Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field

* Certified Public Accountant

* Considers the development and motivation of staff a priority, and 

provides appropriate mentoring

* Knowledgeable on a variety of computer applications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the

San Francisco and Greater Bay Area.
