Regional Director Finance

Analyze financial performance – anticipate and forecast growth based on in-depth examination and integration of trends, current and past performance, business Act as a change agent for business improvement; continually develop new ideas and ways of thinking.   Leads finance initiatives with the region.  Builds and leads a high performance team. Support the finance development of the regional and market teams.  Is Goal oriented, self starter and works well under pressureREQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION 1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance 2. Strong financial planning, analysis, and forecasting skills. 3. Experience in preparing and administering budgets. 4. General knowledge of accounting.  Understanding of journals and P&Ls. 5. Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Hyperion Essbase and PowerPoint6. MBA or CPA A MUST7. ********RETAIL EXPERIENCE A MUST8. Five to ten years related work experience.
