Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  JC-30133-508573 Location:  Jersey City, NJ 07097 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Job Overview/Purpose:  Responsible for the preparation and analysis of U.S. regulatory reports.  Assist in the preparation of Broker Dealer financial statements.  Assist in keeping up to date the polices and procedures for department.  Keep informed and assist in implementation of new reporting regulations Reports include but are not limited to: ·FR 2900 ·FR 2069 ·Call Report - FFIEC 002 ·TIC Series reports - BC's, Bl's etc. ·NYSB Pledge Asset Report ·Country Exposure Report - FFIEC 019 Qualifications:  Essential: Accounting or Finance degree or 10 years equivalent experience. Financial/Brokerage Service background. U.S. Regulatory Reporting experience. Broad knowledge of Financial Statements.
