Manager Financial Reporting Manager Financial Reporting- Reports to Corporate Controller and prepares external financial reporting and supporting schedules and analysis. Also assists the Corporate Controller with the preparation of financial analyses of operations, including interim and annual financial statements. Performs stock administration functions. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years Finance management experience Must have some experience with SEC reporting CPA preferred Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with establishing, directing, coordinating, and administering a plan for the control of financial operations Assists with providing management with financial analyses for timely and effective decision making Assist with preparing reports that outline the company’s financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations Assists in preparation of the annual budget and periodic financial forecasts Prepares necessary schedules and reports for government agencies, including filings with the SEC Prepares analysis to assist in the audits of the company’s accounts The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Strong communication skills both written and verbal SEC reporting experience Knowledge of consolidation procedures with international operations David.Capizzi@ajilon.com Salary/Pay Rate: 100,000+ About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
