Job Title Reporting Systems Analyst

REPORTING SYSTEMS ANALYST

Duties will include, but are not limited to:Prepare financial statements, to include income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, business segments and related exhibits in an external reporting format.Calculate earnings per share. Analyze the dilutive effect of stock options, stock awards and other activity affecting the capitalization of the company.Monitor equity reporting to include resolution of issues arising from acquisitions, divestitures and other changes in legal entity structure and internal ownership.Maintain, in collaboration with the Corporate Law and Tax Departments, a data set of subsidiary and affiliate entities.Annual report footnotes and other support as assigned.Determine the quarterly entries for capitalized interest.Fixed asset accounting for the Chicago corporate facility.Assist with administration of the centralized fixed asset system. 

Requirements
Experience: 5 years accounting, financial reporting or analysis. 2 years consolidations and equity accounting. CPA is a must. Operational accounting in a manufacturing industry a plus.Skills: Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Specific knowledge of the MS Office suite of products. Ability to work under pressure and within inflexible time constraints.Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting.Location Houston, TX
