Revenue Accounting Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Accounting at our Fort Wayne, IN facility. 



Job Description:

1.  Lead and direct activities of the Revenue Processing team consisting if eight processors.



2.  Lead Finance projects.

3. Test and implement database reporting for Financial and Operational systems.

4.  Metrics & Reporting

5. Responsible for end-to-end report development, including interaction with end users to gather requirements, understanding report objectives and designing and developing reports.


6.  Margin and profitability analysis to support operational processes and decision making.


7.  Pricing analysis and review to support proposal process.


8.  Review and implement contract terms to insure billing is complete and accurate.


9.  Establish billing and payment processes to insure efficiency, completeness and accuracy.


10.  Systems Configuration and Testing 

11. Test and verify all new and updated programming.

12. Perform customer acceptance testing after IT systems implementations.


13. Training and Support

14. Document new processes. Resolve implementation issues.


Qualifications



-Previous experience in transportation or logistics industry is required.
-Accounting degree required.
-Requires proficiency on all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
-Experience with Epicor, billing and payment systems a plus.
-Previous experience with financial statement review and variance analysis required.
-Requires excellent Business systems skills and overall system acumen.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
