Revenue Assurance Field Analyst

The position of the Revenue Assurance Field Analyst is to assess and report compliance regarding the execution of policies and procedures throughout the organization. The position will assess completeness, accuracy and reliability of data and documentation, as well as evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations.  The results of these reviews will be reviewed with school operations management and reported to senior management at NLCI.

· Planning, completion and reporting of on-site reviews at NLCI’s Schools in an efficient and effective manner.  Extensive communication with Principals at NLCI schools as well as operations management at NLCI’s corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of NLCI’s revenue cycle that can be applied to field operations with value added observations and recommendations.

· Review operational and accounting controls and procedures at the individual school sites with a concentration on the complete, accurate and timely reporting of revenue.

· Analyze and interpret information by developing spreadsheet and reports and recommend solutions in clear and concise manner to be presented in managerial reports.

· Evaluate compliance with applicable regulations and company policies and procedures.

· Accomplishes Revenue Assurance and Cash Controls as well as organization mission by completing other duties as assigned and needed.



Requirements


Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management

Experience: 

Minimum of 2 years experience Operations or Finance

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: 

The ability to professionally communicate (written and/or verbally) effectively and obtain cooperation (internally and/or externally) is essential. Working in conjunction with school administration and operational managers is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy, confidentiality and trust.  Strong analytical skills and the ability to accurately, timely and concisely summarize results is significant part of daily responsibilities.  A working knowledge of Windows/Microsoft Office; makes effective use of database, spreadsheet, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.  Experience using various operational and financial systems.  Demonstrated ability to utilize email and the Internet.

Other Skills: 

A familiarity of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).  A basic knowledge of various metric methodologies. Travel required from 50-75% of the time by car, train or airline.
