We work with independent insurance Brokers who sell employee benefit products to businesses nationwide. At BenefitMall, we view ourselves as an extension of each Broker's support team. We provide Brokers with local market expertise, product price quotes, client proposals, enrollment support and ongoing client services.  Our Corporate office is seeking a Revenue Manager.We are looking for a "Hands On" Revenue Manager that thrives in being actively involved in day to day operations as well as managing a team. The primary function of the department is to analyze revenue trends and customer contracts to maximum profitability. Researching and identifying missing monthly payments; ensuring appropriate carrier rates, confirming new cases are set correctly and collections.  RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Supervises a team of 9 and the revenue accounting function, including cash receipts, commission paid (AP), and overdue invoices. • Oversees the preparation of commission checks and account statements. • Oversees the tracking, monitoring, and collecting of aging accounts receivable. • Approves general ledger entries for payment. • Responsible for the Company’s revenue recognition process. • Responds to inquiries regarding accounts receivable policies and procedures. • Prepares periodic and special accounts receivable reports. • Recommends changes in methods or procedures to improve the efficiency of the accounts receivable function. • Leads and participates in effective meetings. • Performs management responsibilities in accordance with company policies, including: -Interviews, selects, trains, coaches, and counsels direct reports. -Conducts employee performance evaluations. -Maintains high level of open communication and morale within the department. -Develops and monitors budgets for functional area. -Prepares monthly reports. REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years related accounting experience, and 2 years supervisory experience. • Experience with computerized accounting systems, including experience in system conversions. BenefitMall Offers:Excellent Health BenefitsDental VisionMatching 401K planLife Insurance 9 Company Paid HolidaysPaid Time off Plan  EOEPlease Apply ON LINERevenue Manager, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Analysis, Analyze, Trends, Research, Customer Contracts, Insurance
