As part of the of the Client Communication Team, the Review Specialist is on the front line of the firm, responsible for facilitating the review of all forms of client communication to verify that correspondence is accurate, clear, and consistent with regulatory and internal guidelines.

 

Working together with Client Services, Sales, Law & Compliance, Research, and Management, the Review Specialists are responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of professional communication with existing and potential Fisher clients. Review Specialists serve as a primary resource for communication guidelines, proactively coaching employees throughout the business as needed. The team also plays an integral role in identifying, elevating, and resolving problematic client situations.

 

Responsibilities:


• Take a lead role in monitoring and reviewing employee/client communications
• Coordinate with Management and Compliance to convey communication issues
• Responsible for editing the work of others, to ensure high standards of accuracy and to promote consistent messaging in line with department and corporate objectives
• Report findings and recommend solutions to change processes and procedures
• Stay current on internal processes, procedures as well as any changes to FI's investment outlook
• Maintain client and personnel confidentiality
• Train new and existing employees on firm policies regarding written communication

 

Qualifications:

• 4 year degree or equivalent education and work experience required
• Strong judgment and discretion
• Highly reliable and accurate
• Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
• Solid organizational and personal planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work flow and work within a limited timeframe effectively
• Ability to effectively interface with team members, managers and other departments
• Industry experience a plus
