Royalty and Licensing Accountant - Innovative Multi-National Manufacturer

International company is seeking a Royalty & Licensing Accountant for their corporate accounting center.  This position provides financial support for the Global Marketing organization's licensing activities.  This position is responsible for accurate and timely reporting of global sales and royalties payable under in-licensing agreements.  This position will also provide reports, forecasts and information regarding royalty payments to key customers on an as-needed basis.  This responsibility will require the ability to handle, organize and understand legal agreements and large amounts of data.  The position is also responsible for the accuracy of reports and forecasts of out licensing revenue from affiliated and non-affiliated companies.  This will require the ability to understand multiple legal agreements, accounting principles, reporting systems and bank payment practices.  This position will be the primary financial control function for royalties and fees for both expense and income reporting.  The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
