This is a temporary/contracted position through Ultimate Staffing. This position requires full time hours and some OT located in El Segundo, CA.Job Purpose: Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices in SAP system.Duties: *Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments. *Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. *Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions. *High volume full-cycle accounts payable*Match/batch/code*Input into SAP through twice-weekly check generation*Direct deposits and wire transfers*Process and distribute invoices for approval and accurately input into SAP *Maintain office records of correspondence including documents and invoice copies for auditing purposes *Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with DirecTV contact to expedite approval for payment Qualifications:*3-5 years of Accounts payable experience *Strong verbal and written communication skills *Quick learner – able to hit the ground running *Knowledge of P.O Module of SAP is a must!!  About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
