The candidate will provide functional and technical skills for SAP CRM 4.0 or greater. This individual will comply with Client and the program teams standard operating policies and procedures. This individual will perform tasks to develop, configure, and implement defined functionality.Experience Candidate must have 6-12 months of experience with SAP CRM configuration and/or development in one or more modules of:o PCUIo IC WebClient, o Opportunity Management, o Lead Management, o Campaign Management, o CTI integration and o Master Data Candidate must have a good working knowledge of CRM Analytics through BW reporting Bachelors Degree in Business or related field, Master in related field is a plus. Experience in Public Sector, especially Department of Defense, is a plus.Clearance: ClearableKey Skill Areas: Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills Customer engagement management skills Implementation experience delivering capabilities with SAP 4.0 Good understanding of the business needs and how they are met by technology Functional knowledge of SAP 4.0 CRM processes and capabilities Ability to configure SAP 4.0 CRM modules ABAP skills a plusResponsibilities: Perform Knowledge Transfer activities with the Sustainment staff. Communicate and consult with clients to gather, interpret, and document requirements related to the sustainment support and enhancement of SAP CRM. Plan, design, configure, and implement solutions that meet client's functional requirements in addition to the Agency's reliability, performance and security requirements. Document functional and/or technical specifications Enhance and maintain CRM Service (IC WebClient), Sales, Marketing, Master Data and R/3 integration points Translate user requirements into technical specifications and a system design Accountable for the successful completion of assigned CRM projects and tasks, from design, planning, and development, to integration, implementation, testing, and delivery. Prepare and execute comprehensive, detailed test plans and test scripts for all application enhancements. Team with customers to find solutions and encourage business process improvements, identify data integrity issues and work on pro-active solutions. Investigate, isolate and resolve production problems Document and maintain business process procedures and SAP configuration.
