We are seeking experienced finance and accounting professionals to fill immediate SEC Reporting opening. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience plus one or more of the following: • SEC reporting experience in a Fortune 500 environment. • Preparation of 10-Q and 10-K, MD&A and footnotes. • CPA preferred. • Big 4 experience a plus. Associates must demonstrate technical proficiency and expertise in their field, possess excellent communication and problem solving skills and have a desire to deliver exceptional client service.
