SEC Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:Manage the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules to be included in 10-Qs, 10-K, 8-ks and internal reporting review and analyze supporting schedules for financial statements and internal reporting perform and review financial analyses on certain accounts and financial statement amounts Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing for the corporate accounting group Prepare/review adjusting journal entries 

Requirements:BS in Accounting CPA a must 5-10 years of experience in accounting 5 years of public accounting SEC experience a must
