  SEC Reporting Manager Paying in the 130'sDescription: - The SEC Reporting Manager will help manage the drafting process for the company's primary Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings: Form 10-K, Form 10-Q and Form 8-K. This position will assist in the preparation of other significant externally-reported consolidated financial information including the annual report, earnings releases and registration statements. The position will assist in ensuring timely and effective communications and planning between Operations, Corporate Finance, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Human Resources and senior management.The SEC Reporting Manager will also assist the Director of External Reporting and Financial Research in researching and communicating the results of accounting and reporting issues arising from selected accounting-related pronouncements issued by the FASB, the SEC and other standards-setting bodies.The SEC Reporting Manager will therefore have an important role in internal control over accounting and financial disclosures.Requirements: - Proven technical SEC and GAAP accounting and research skills with working knowledge of securities laws, particularly Reg. S-X and Reg.
