SEC Reporting and Compliance Manager

East Valley publicly traded organization is looking for a Dynamic Accounting/Finance Professional to manage all SEC reporting.  This position will report to the Controller.  Successful candidate be responsible for all 10K/10Q, monthly internal reporting and budgeting and forecasting for all current business units.Qualified candidate will have a BS in Accounting and a minimum 5 years experience with a publicly traded company.  Must have hands on experience with all aspects of quarterly and annual filings.  Sox 404 experience required. CPA preferred.All candidates must demonstrate a high level of self motivation and work effectively in and independent situation.  Accountants Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
