SECURITIZATION ANALYST

Arbor’s New York City office has immediate openings for 2 Structured Securitization Analysts.  The Structured Securitization Analyst will support Arbor’s Structured Securitization department and will be responsible for:

 

• Monitoring and verifying monthly trustee report and quarterly reports
• Assuming surveillance responsibilities and assist in the CDO management processes
• Preparing quarterly external/internal asset and portfolio reports for CDOs
• Working on new CDO investment analysis and due diligence review
• Assisting with the closing process for loan transactions
• Working on other investment related analyses and special projects

 

The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s in business, accounting, finance or related field and must have 1-2 years in Accounting or Corporate Accounting.  The ideal person will have excellent analytical skills, be extremely detailed oriented, have strong writing and presentation skills and posses the ability to multi task in a changing, fast paced environment.  Knowledge of Word and Excel are required.

A background in accounting and operations in banking or an accounting environment is a big plus.
