BOOKKEEPER - should have 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with, but not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation. QuickBooks experience required. Salary $40-$50

 

PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT - A large,well respected and publicly traded company is looking to add an experienced payroll accountant.  This individual will be responsible for processing payroll for employees as well as administering deferred compensation and stock dividends. Responsibilities include reconciling payroll bank accounts, 401k related accounts and annual leave accrual balances. $50-$60

 

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST:  As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support a major real estate firm's corporate and development groups. This is a great firm to work for; they promote the professional growth and development of their employees. You will be handling a variety of tasks all of which require exceptional communication, time management and organizational skills. $45-$55

 

STAFF ACCOUNTANT: Our client is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant. Essential Job Duties . Manage bank accounts and ledgers in operating system. Handle all related accounting issues for agents, managed general agents, companies and insureds. Handle and resolve all problems presented by customers and or office employees related to monetary transactions. Prepare month end production reports and summaries for management review. Research monthly budget variances. Oversee Payment Exception Report for misapplied or rotated payments.  Accounting degree required. $60-$70

 

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT: The following items are required.  Financial statement preparation experience.  Experience with the general ledger and month end close.  Account reconciliation experience . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills . Working experience with Excel. SAP or Peachtree and plus.

Accounting degree required. $70-$75

 

CONTROLLER - Provide counsel and advice to the President and Vice Presidents and to operations management on matters within the area of responsibility, and plan and direct the functions of:  general and cost accounting activities; and financial planning and analysis activities. Functionally supervise all accounting activities at subsidiary levels to ensure adherence to corporate financial and accounting policies. Directly supervise collection activities and cash application as well as invoices sent to accounts payable. Prepare annual and quarterly property tax returns and any sales tax returns required. Oversee and assist in preparation of internal accounting and financial reports for management and directors. Prepare financial reporting as required by Parent Company executives including month end schedules. Accounting degree required. $90-$110
