SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - CASH FLOW REPORTING

Leader in the industry is seeking a Senior Cash Flow Reporting Accountant to join their growing team.  This position is responsible for the preparation of SEC reports and other accounting duties within the SEC accounting group including consolidations, reconciliations, and support of the Director of Cash Flow Statement Reporting.

Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and review of the statement of cash flowsPerform various account analyses and reconciliationsAssist in the review and help ensure affiliate transactions are properly accounted for by reporting unit staff with respect to cash flow statement ramificationsPrepare quarterly financial review schedulesPrepare quarterly analyst call schedulesDevelops, documents and maintains job processes and procedures with emphasis on implementing improvements and efficienciesPerforms other miscellaneous duties within the SEC accounting group as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:BBA in Accounting/Finance degree.  A CPA or MBA is highly desiredMinimum five years accounting experience.  Corporate office experience preferredPublic accounting experience highly desiredExcellent spreadsheet modeling skills are required2-3 years PeopleSoft experienceStrong written and interpersonal skills
