SENIOR FINANCIAL CONSULTANT

 

Position Overview and Primary Responsibilities

1. Client Service: Member of a three person client service team that works with Sage’s client base, providing financial planning and investment research, analysis and recommendations.  This person will be working with the lead relationship manager in supporting and working directly with clients.

2. Financial Planning: This person will be the primary person responsible for developing new financial plans and updating existing plans for a portion of Sage’s client base.

3. Investment Management: This person will be responsible for helping to manage the portfolios for a portion of Sage’s client base.  This includes investment policy statements, asset allocation models, and identifying and recommending specific investment managers and strategies for the client’s portfolios.

4. Personnel Development: This person will be responsible for working with the associate financial consultant to develop their professional growth and opportunities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

· Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus

· Knowledge of Advent’s Axys helpful, but not required

· Team player Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree required; business degree preferred but not required
