Position will provide leadership and guidance for the process management of company payroll.  Responsibilities: - Identify and lead Payroll process improvements and enhancements - Ensure accurate and complete processing of payroll for over 10,000 employees - Implement controls to ensure all outbound communications to banks and healthcare providers are timely and accurate - Hire, train, coach, develop, and develop payroll employees - Analysis and design of Payroll functions and processes Requirements: - Bachelors degree - Minimum of 5 years Payroll experience with at least 2 in a supervisory capacity - Thorough knowledge of payroll principles and practices - Ability to motivate and develop staff - Strong oral and written communication skillsSalary/Pay Rate: UP TO $90,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
