Senior Tax Accountant- 80-85k + bonus

100 plus year old company seeks strong tax accountant. Will participate in all aspects of U.S. Federal, state and local income tax compliance, accounting and planning for a multinational enterprise. Responsibilities include the preparation of tax returns, assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly U.S. tax provisions, as well as assisting with financial analysis and planning for the U.S. tax group and supporting the Federal and state income tax audit functions. BS Degree in Accounting or Finance; MS in taxation preferred. Minimum 3 years Federal compliance work experience.

 

Tax Accountant- 60-70k + bonus

Responsible for all aspects of state income tax compliance including preparation of specifically assigned state income and franchise tax returns, audits, tax correspondence, monthly account analysis, extensions, and estimated payments.  This position also has responsibility for tax research relating to compliance, audits, and planning.  Additional responsibilities include assisting with state tax planning opportunities and special projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance. Minimum 3 years work experience required. BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
