Company:  Ajilon Finance Solutions Job Category:  Legal Reference Code:  OG-05274-510844 Location:  Costa Mesa, CA 92612 Job Status:  Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Looking for a new position?  Looking for a great project that would allow you to gain more skill sets and elevate your career?  A client of Ajilon solutions is looking for a Senior SOX Auditor to provide complete risk assessment, narrative writing, testing, and remediation.  This position would probably not kick off until early April but we are beginning to source candidates immediately. Responsibilities include: Develop and Evaluate best practices related to the Company’s key spreadsheets used to record financial data. Perform compliance based (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) audits of controls over key spreadsheets. Document business systems/processes using narrative and/or flowcharting techniques.  Work closely with other accounting managers and departments to develop and implement interfaces, imports and/or automated upgrades. This person will be the onsite audit person, interfacing with senior management.  It is imperative that the candidate be professional and able to work coordinate work efforts with senior staff.  Candidates must possess: v 3-4 years experience SOX auditing. v Significant experience in conducting SOX audit for a manufacturing client. v Previous public accounting experience would be preferred, but is not necessary. v Ability to work independently with minimal supervision v Knowledge of multiple ERP and management reporting systems. v Working knowledge of database structure knowledge/experience a plus.
