 We are currently looking for qualified Sox and Auditor Consultants.

 

Job Responsibilities 

· Plan, execute, direct, and complete both internal audits and SOX 404 compliance engagements, including entity wide controls.

· Proactively interact with key client management to gather information and make recommendations for business process and internal control improvements.

· Gain strong comprehension of client business objectives, operations and processes to support findings and recommendations.

· Research and analyze financial statements and related issues.

· Adhere to highest degree of professional standards.

· Perform other accounting and audit related tasks as assigned.

 

Job Qualifications

 

· BS/BA required, prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm

· CPA preferred but not required

· Expert knowledgein internal auditing, SOX compliance requirementsand financial reporting 

· Experience with cross-functional project management
