SR Financial Analyst

The Sr. SEC Financial Reporting Analyst will prepare and assist in internal and SEC financial reporting. This position is key and will work side by side with the Director of SEC Reporting/Tax.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly internal financial reports for a 1 billion dollar organization.

· Assist in preparation of footnote disclosures in accordance with GAAP for SEC reporting purposes.

· Assist in 10-Q, 10-K and proxy process.

· Perform income statement variance analysis.

· Perform Balance Sheet flux analysis.

· Perform additional duties as required for the success .

 

Requirements:

· Experience in analyzing date and preparing various financial reports, including form 10-Q and 10-K for a medium to large size organization; public experience preferred.

· Strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

· Excellent verbal/written interpersonal communication skills.

· Advanced knowledge of Excel.

 

Education/Training/Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance

· Strong knowledge of GAAP (prefer CPA or CPA candidate)

· Experience with a publicly traded company (annual revenue of 10 million+)
