SR PROGRAMMER/ANALYST

Also, you will be involved in team related growth activities such as code reviews and mentoring. Minimum Requirements·  5+ years experience with the following technologies:·  Expert level with .Net 1.1 and 2.0 Framework (C# and(or) VB.net)·  ASP.Net 1.1 and 2.0·  .Net Smart Client development·  SQL Server 2000/2005 Database Management, Architecture, and Development·  Reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services/Crystal Reports·  Entire SDLC process·  SOA/Web Services/Remoting ·  OOP and design patterns·  MS Project·  Experience/Knowledge in other Microsoft technologies such as BizTalk and Sharepoint is a plus·  Experience with .Net 3.0 (WF, WCF, and WPF) is a plus.·  Experience in the financial services industry is a big plus.·  Experience with Advent Geneva accounting system is a big plus. ·  The ability to architect and manage medium to large scale systems from ground up.·  Team building/mentoring·  The ability to successfully lead multiple projects at once.·  Strong project management and tracking skills.·  The ability to “think out of the box” and suggest ideas to improve processes.·  Ability to maximize pre-built development frameworks. ·  Experience with 3rd party component packages such as Infragistics.·  Contribute to the developing of coding standards.·  Ability to effectively communicate on all levels with upper IT management.
