Position:

Staff Accountant

Location:Boca Raton

Responsibilities:

· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries, within the general ledger and the job cost sub-ledger.

· Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy.

· On a monthly basis analyze job cost transactions and account balances.

· Assist with the review and analysis of the financial statements.

· Assist with providing schedules for the auditors.

· Assist in development and implementation of new reporting tools.

· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

· Assist with Sarbanes Oxley documentation and testing requirements.

Requirements:

· BA/BS in Accounting.

· 1 to 3 years of accounting experience.
