Job Responsibilities: As the new Sr. Manager Accounts Payable Services, you will supervise a department of 18 A/P specialist. You will also ensure that all accounts payable transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established company's policies and procedures in the Gauss Imaging/Workflow, J.D. Edwards, and Concur T & E web base Technology environments. You will oversee vendor invoice and payment processing carried out by sub-department supervisors, team leaders, and staff. You will establish measures of efficiency and quality of transaction processing. Proactively recommend and implement improvements in policies and procedures, with the objective of achieving world-class quality in the delivery of shared payment services. Ensure full compliance with all month-end closing. Ensure that A/P Shared structure's level of efficiency is in compliance with company's Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will work with the various business group leaders to develop a comprehensive payment disbursement procure to pay process to effectively support their contractual business relationships. Demonstrate WORLD CLASS cultural attributes and behaviors in all interactions. Requirements Include: * BS Degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum 8 - 10 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience related to the duties of the position *  Excellent written and oral communication skills and relationship management skills are essential. Experience working in a paperless work environment, in addition to knowledge and usage of Six Sigma Application is helpful. Compensation Package: Salary Range $90,000 - $115,000 with great benefits including tuition assistance, 401K, and pension.
