Sales Audit Coordinator
to join our Durham, NC team.
Primary Responsibility:
Under the direction of the GL Accountant, perform sales audit function by reconciling credit card receipts for all channels of the company business; support the AR department by printing and mailing out daily invoices. Book interest, merchant fees, insurance, red cheetah, adp fees as they occur. Review daily bank detail for charge backs, communicate with appropriate manufacturing or retail locations to follow up on resolution, book charges and recoveries, maintain tracking sheet.
