 Summary

 

You will be part of a team to administer the Juniper's sales compensation plan. The compensation plan supports Juniper Networks American field sales division which includes over 650 participants in North and South America. This is a tremendous opportunity for a sales compensation analyst who wants to join a growing company that is regarded as one of the industry leaders.

 

Responsibilities

 

Organizing moves, adds, changes as related to new hires, terminations, transfers and territory realignments/restructuring.

Crediting accuracy  (POS)

Processing Quarterly Special Programs.

Performance Analysis.

Stack Rankings.

Assist w/Commission Accrual.

Modeling Annual Plan changes.

Quota Analysis.

 

 Qualifications

 

 2+ years sales compensation experience

Channel sales & marketing distribution is strongly preferred

Strong excel skills (formulas & pivot tables) along with a firm background in database management

The position is approximately 50% sales commission processing and 50% sales analysis and problem resolution

Familiarity with Business Objects is a plus.
