Sales Manager

Large Motorcycle/Powersports dealership is looking for an Experienced Sales Manager in the Motorcycle/Powersports Industry.  We are looking for a highly motivated self starter with a passion for sales management and proven track record in the Motorcycle/Powersports Industry.  You will play a vital role in helping us achieve our standards of excellence, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle sales.  To be successful, you must have a strong work ethic and the desire to succeed. 
Applicant must have strong computer skills, good managerical skills, prior F&I or banking experience is a plus.  Ability to generate weekly and monthly reports, goal setting, and strong interpersonal skills. Must be a team player and have the ability to delegate responsibilities.
