Develop full business understanding and financial impact of sales compensation plans for branch and call center staff Responsible for understanding the drivers in Financial Center and call center staff and their impact on the balance sheet Responsible for understanding the impact of variable compensation (Citimax) plan on sales behavior Conduct sales budget and reforecast planning Develop financial plans and reforecast updates by working closely with the business.  Will include monthly variance analysis vs. the plan/forecast Produce and develop monthly reporting/slides of financials for monthly reviews Conduct business analysis to include financial projections for new initiatives/pilots Ad hoc requests BA degree required  -- Finance or Accounting related field 5 to 7 years experience in Financial Reporting and Analysis Ability to develop representative models and present findings to Senior Management Ability to build strong working relationships both internally and with support groups Ability to formulate analysis, synthesize data, and drive recommendations to provide counsel to business in various initiatives Ability to work in a dynamic environment and self-motivated to complete work within established timetable High-energy, proactive, “hands-on” style, with the ability to multitask various initiatives Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong analytical skills Advanced skills in Financial Modeling Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint Self Starter Quick learner, solution and detail oriented
