Walsworth Publishing Company is expanding our sales force by adding a trainee for a yearbook sales representative in the Austin area.  The candidate needs to be open to relocating to the eastern half of Texas.  The trainee program will last 2 to 4 months before being assigned your own territory.

As a Yearbook Sales Representative, you provide outstanding customer service and Walsworth's leading-edge technology to schools and yearbook staffs as they create their yearbooks.  You establish and maintain rapport with yearbook advisers, school administrators and students in all types of schools, public and private, preschool to college.  The potential to grow your territory and increase your income is unlimited.  You should be creative and self-motivated, have a strong ability to solve problems and enjoy working in a school environment.  Since yearbook creation consists of desktop publishing, journalism, photography, graphic design, marketing and sales, experience in any others areas is a plus.  Yearbook advisers are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate should have a four-year college degree, computer literacy, dependable transportation and an ability to work independently.  We train you in our proven sales methods and desktop publishing.
