Sales and Marketing Professional

The Springfield office of BKD, LLP, one of the 10 largest CPA and advisory firms in the country, has an opening for a sales and marketing professional.

 

This individual will have both marketing and business development responsibilities.  Of prime importance is the ability to network and build relationships and business referral sources within the community.  The successful candidate will have the ability to explore the business needs of companies and their executives, and to assist our partners and managers in communicating potential solutions to those business needs.  From a marketing perspective this individual will be involved in data analysis, strategic planning, marketing programs, and marketing communications.  This individual will also provide direct assistance with the development of proposals and requests for information. 

 

We are seeking an individual with exceptional interpersonal and conceptual skills, and experience in marketing and/or business development.  Experience with professional services, or intangibles is a plus. Candidates should be proactive and possess excellent time management skills.  Dedication to client service is essential.  A college degree, preferably in business, marketing or other related area, along with a minimum of 5 years experience in business development or marketing of services is required.
