Seeking a Billing and Reporting Analyst for one of the Worlds Leading Companies

JOB SUMMARY: Perform billing reconciliations and generation of analytical reporting/presentations in support of the RPO engagement. This employee will be responsible for the reporting of invoice and client data, reviewing for quality and accuracy. This employee will be required to use their own discretion and independent judgment when determining quality and accuracy of data and reports.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Billing o Perform weekly billing reconciliations and field research in support of the monthly invoicing process o Prepare financial models and estimates to advise operations leadership of profitability and expense exposure o Administer vendor contract records and process invoice payments - Reporting o Maintain and gather reporting data for Recruiting Outsourcing team and clients o Develop, produce, and distribute standardized and Ad Hoc reports for team o Generate timely, professional and concise presentations in MS PowerPoint o Ability to prove validity of all data included in reportsEDUCATION: College degree required Business / IT majors preferredEXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of Accounting/Reporting experience. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Strong computer skills including MS Excel (power user) and MS Access - Strong MS PowerPoint presentation generation including importing charts and imbedded data features - Strong organizational skills and detail orientation - Ability to design reports and assist in development of trend/analysis reports in financial reporting software - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to perform duties with little or no supervision - Strong communication skills, both oral and written Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
