Excellent performance management and supervisory skills Strong knowledge of personnel practices and policies includes interviewing and selection processes, supervision, benefits, corrective action and evaluation. Demonstrated knowledge of databases, general computer applications, functions and operations as management tools for analyzing financial processes for automation.
