Super Color Digital is driven for Excellence and is among the nation's leading providers of Large Format Digital Printing.

Super Color Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for its California facility.

This position reports directly to the CFO of the company and works closely with the Accounting Department.

This position will be exposed to a variety of accounting functions, will generate reports, review and update data, analyze information and create reports.

Job Description
This position will be responsible for:
-Monthly closing process
-Expense allocations, journal entries and account reconciliations
-All accounting and financial reporting functions
-Reconciling Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
-Reconciling Bank Statements
-Review all inventory adjustments and reporting for all locations
-Maintaining company's Chart of Accounts and General Ledger
-Assist in the preparation of the budget and forecast
-Assist with annual audit
-Fixed Assets Management
-Preparation of Sales commissions
-Multi States sales and Use tax reporting
-Other projects as assigned

Requirements:
-Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
-Knowledge and experience in general ledger
-4 year college degree in Accounting or Finance
-4-5 years of work experience
-Exposure to Cost Accounting
-Knowledge of Excel and Word required
-Experience with public accounting a plus
-Knowledge of Great Plains
-Ability to solve problems, work independently and handling multiple tasks within specified time frames
-Must be team player, flexible and organized
