Senior Accountant

Title: Senior Accountant Department: Corporate Accounting Location: Huntington Beach, CA Job Duties: This person will report to and assist the Corporate Accounting Director with the global consolidation, including cash flow statement preparation, analysis and reporting of financial results from multiple, international business units, and will assist with the preparation of SEC filings, including the review of 10-Qs and 10-Ks and preparing supporting schedules. Additionally, this person will assist in identifying and making improvements to the newly implemented consolidation, reporting and forecasting software program. Other duties will include, general accounting of corporate operations, including journal entries, divisional allocation of corporate expenses, reconciliation of intercompany accounts, and any necessary ad-hoc financial analysis for special projects, including acquisitions. Experience Required: ·  Degree in Accounting ·  2-4 years related experience ·  Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) ·  Excellent analytical and communication skills ·  CPA preferred ·  Big 4 accounting experience preferred ·  Experience with OutlookSoft a plus ·  French fluency a plus
