SIGNING BONUS

Specific Duties Include:
Payroll weekly for 40 employees also includes 3 out of state employees.
W2 plus all reports using on line banking.
Accounts payable
Accounts Receivable
General Ledger
Cost analysis reports and forecasting.
Fixed assets and inventory.
Monthly and year end financial reports.
Tax planning with our corp. accoutants.
Bank plus balance sheet reconciliation
Invoicing domestic and international and credit card billing.
Administer 401K plan and health benefits

Skills / Qualification
Excellent computer skills specializing in Great Plains Accounting software, Pervasive MRP, Crystal reports, all Microsoft Office programs.
