Company:  Ajilon Finance Job Category:  Accounting/Finance/Insurance Reference Code:  L1-30010-507286 Location:  East Hanover, NJ 07936 Job Status:  Full Time, Employee Responsible for recording Mergers & Acquisition transactions   Perform due-diligence on impending acquisition transactions by reviewing financial information.  Work closely with Business Development, Tax and Legal departments by keeping them abreast of all accounting issues Responsible for performing analyses and reconciliations of accounts Responsible for preparation of financial statements Responsible to perform monthly & quarterly analyses and reconciliation of various P&L and Balance Sheet accounts Prepare supportive schedules and record journal entries. Assist in the General Ledger monthly close procedure and provide sound variance analyses.
