Summary
Responsible for internal financial reporting
Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute monthly management reporting reports to senior management. Manage deadline requirements and multi-task projects. Develop ad-hoc management reporting for new divisions. Assist in developing reports to help project managers and capital planning oversee capital projects. Prepare and review monthly journal entries. Reconcile certain balance sheet accounts, including deferred financing fees and all equity accounts. Prepare balance sheet and income statement fluctuation analysis for quarterly review. Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audit with external auditors.
Requirements
Minimum of three years related work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present and discuss issues with all levels of management required. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
