Senior Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper

Local Company Seeks Professional Qualified Individual-

Senior Staff accounting skills. Must Have Full Charge Bookkeeping Skills, Ability to perform tedious Bank Reconciliations, Full knowledge of General Ledger, Must be able to perform General Ledger entries, and truly understand cause and effect.

Prepare Financials, and balance trial balance.  The person will Close the general ledger. There are three sets of financials that need prepared.  One Large company, and two simpler smaller companies.  Must have professional appearance.  Must be able to work closely with upper managment.

Depreciation Schedule is out-sourced, this candidate has the assistance of a CPA for questions, but must really know this type of work.  Please only serious candidates apply. This is not for someone who thinks they can do it.  They must know that they can do it, and be able to deliver. High Volume work load.

* WORK WITH CPA AND MANAGEMENT TO PROVIDE ACCURATE DATA & REPORTS


This candidate must pass a credit check, background check, and pass a drug test.  Candidate must have good command of the english language.

Software: Mas 90, and excel a must.  Person must know 10 key by touch.

This person must also assist the accounts payable department, and check batches for proper coding, do data entry in addition to the other responsibilities.  Once caught up there will be time for this.It is the end of march, and we do not have January's financials.  This candidate, must work very hard to get caught up and back on track, and will be rewarded accordingly.
